Birdsnest

I normally find online shopping a bit hit and miss but not with Birdsnest. Honest user reviews, “style me” recommendations and models with diverse body shapes and sizes means you can shop with a lot more confidence. I bought a whole bundle of items last winter (mostly sale items) and every single thing fitted as expected. Also beautifully packed in a very sustainable way. Now 6+ months and I have got lots of wear out of all items and no issues at all with quality (eg. fading, pulling, buttons falling off etc). I highly recommend Birdsnest and look forward to my next big shop with them.

I recently placed my first order with Birdsnest because I had been extremely disappointed with the clothing I was receiving from EziBuy. Well I can tell you I was absolutely blown away from the minute I confirmed my order. I placed the order Thursday evening and received it Friday morning the next day. I would not have thought that was possible. Everything was so well packaged inside a little drawstring bag. All the clothes were folded so neatly with tissue paper along with another bag for any returns. There was also a hand written note to me. I was so happy with everything I bought too. Awesome staff ❤️. Beautiful guarments. Love the layout of the store and the process of trying on different clothes. They have a wonderful range of wide brim hats. I've bought 4 different hats and a few guarments. It's definitely worth the visit.

I ordered my dress at 1030 am on a Monday and had receieved it by 2 pm the following day (I am Sydney based). The dress itself was stunning and fits really well. Great place to shop for clothes. Personal service in a welcoming environment. Option to look online first, but as we were visiting Cooma it was an ideal time to go in and look in person.

I bought a beautiful dress and shoes here for my daughter's day wedding. The staff were awesome and the system in place to help choose styles before you start trying on clothes is very impressive. The prices were very reasonable too. It was a great experience overall.

An interesting boutique, they have the floor stock and if your size is not available you order using the laptops available around. The warehouse is next door and you get your items. It is a shopping experience.

I love ordering online from Birdsnest, and absolutely love love LOVE browsing in the shop at Cooma (which stocks the current seasons' stock in the most popular sizes.) The shopfront is updated every season from floral blossoms in Spring to colourful leaves in Autumn. The changerooms are very roomy and the staff are always more than happy to bring in additional garments (from the warehouse adjoining the shop) if the size isn't quite right for you. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and if you like the look of something that's not in your size, the staff go out of their way to show you similar garments that might appeal to you.
