Please remove the special condition from the COS to start building in six month as now days with long waiting it not possible to start building in six month. Please response to your legal team to remove this special condition from COS.

I have signed the COS to buy a block of land(como realestate), and bank didn't like the building in six month special condition. I have asked to remove the condition as now a day it is not possible to build is six due to long waiting time. Please Please reply to your conveyancer to remove the six month condition.

Mernda On The Park
Put a deposit on a piece of land on Mernda on rhe park. Paid money to conveyncor and soil testing and Bertram gave us the run around. Had a deposit of a lot of money for 3 weeks and pulled the pin on us whilst waiting for bank process to finish without any explanation. . The most unprofessional man that does not serve his customers as per his motto .An absolute dishonest person to deal with
