Attempted to negotiate a reasonable fee for work partially completed and simply got referred to the T's & C's. Sick of companies that treat their customers like rubbish. 'Customer Service' is something that gets talked about a lot but is rarely seen. Don't go here if you want good service.

Contacted this business asking for a building permit for a retaining wall.I was quoted around $1500 + fees for doc searches. I was then asked to asked to fill out 3 pages of forms and provide previously supplied and freely available information.After filling out the form. I was asked to provide the title to the property. When I asked why I had to provide the title documents I was called obnoxious by Stuart Collinson. 8/9/2017.I engaged these people because I needed a service, and ended up being insulted.Use someone who wants the work and understands what service is.Note: A one star rating is the lowest that could be applied.Paul Smith

I have used CFL for around 10 years. I have found the staff to be professional and reliable in the service that they provide. All the staff are helpful and happy to assist with any technical advice which may be required. Their inspection service is very punctual and very rarely late, however I will receive a phone call in advance if they can foresee any delays. Very happy.
