I do not know Jakub personally but the first time my partner and I met him to inspect two properties, we felt like chatting to an old friend rather than a real estate agent. Jakub cares about each and every one of our needs and preferences, and will not recommend anything that he believes is not the best for us or is beyond our budget.Jakub knows that we want to know lots of details to make an informed decision. So, not only that he replied immediately to our long emails over the Easter long weekend without missing any questions, but he also provided printed colour images of the properties interiors and all other information about owners corporation and rates, all in nicely made folders for us to refer to at any time.What's best, he offered to show us the surroundings of the properties at different times of the day.
