I am currently living in Canberra and found DK hair salon through Instagram as it was already known for hair colouring. I obviously think this is the best salon ever I have been. They help me to choose the best colour for my hair considering my skin colour. Also, they explained in details for the future colour how it will turn out at the end so that I could decide more suitable colour for myself. The first photo is ash violet colour and it turned out to be the second photo which I already expected and wanted this way. I highly recommend this salon if you don’t want to regret!

It was my first time getting my hair done at DK Hairstudio and i had a really amazing experience! I got a balayage and was really pleased with the results since i got exactly what i asked for. They were very attentive and professional with my hair compared to other salons i have been to in the past where they would be too busy juggling multiple clients to properly care for the clients' hair. At DK, I definitely felt valued as a customer as they made sure i left the salon with the colour i was satisfied with and the customer service was really great.The studio itself was very well decorated and presentable to be in especially since i spent 8 hours there. Finally found a great salon, would highly recommend!!

Had my hair cut and blow dried by Claire today and she was great! Listened to exactly what I wanted and checked in after each step to make sure I was happy. Great experience and love my hair, I'll will definitely be back! Thank you!

This place is highly rated and I can see why. Came for a cut and style and I’m super happy with the results. My stylist did what I wanted and checked in with me before each change to make sure she’d understood correctly.They’re up front about the cost and it’s consistent with city pricing. My session took a smidge longer than the estimated time so factor that in. I didn’t have anything planned afterwards though so it was no problem. I was happy to spend the time to get a job well done.

I have been here a few times and each time I had a wonderful experience.I had my hair done before going on an overseas trip when the shop was in Surry Hills. Then I had my hair done again for my pre-wedding photoshoot (pic attached) and I received so many compliments at the studio. Then I went back to colour my hair again for my wedding. I’m happy that they are opening a second salon in Rhodes. I would recommend following their instagram to find out the latest styles, news and deals. And the feed are just fun to look at.

I came here on a recommendation and would recommend others. I got my hair coloured and cut. It's been a while since I've been fully satisfied with a visit to the hairdresser. Safe to say I'm very happy with my hair! Hair stylist Park took real care and was very attentive in cutting my hair. The staff are really friendly and knew what they were doing. 5 stars!

Have been going to Dk for more than two years now. Have dyed my hair there for almost ten times. They really take care of your hair and are willing to spend more time to bleach your hair carefully to make minimum damage. Great environment with camera that you can take a selfie with! Very nice and friendly staff.

I've been here for a haircut and for bleaching and colouring my hair. I was very happy both times and loved how it turned out.They are very attentive, both to my hair and the service. Bleaching and colouring hair can take a very long time, so they set up a mini table in front of my chair so I could read comfortably.I'll definitely be coming back!
