Active Life Physiotherapy

The staff at Active Life Physio are very professional, they closely monitor the participants in their classes and modify exercise to suit individuals. The classes are strictly limited in number, I have been attending pilates for 6 months now and will not be going anywhere else. Highly recommend Leanne for remedial massage.

Our family of four has been going to Active Life Physio for Pilates classes with Jenny for over a year now. She is an excellent instructor, we get a thorough workout every time, and each class is different. Cat, the receptionist is always very helpful. We highly recommend them.

I recently injured myself while running. I started to see physio Kurt Drinkwater as I noticed he had a background assisting with sporting injuries and he was so helpful. With Kurt's treatment, advice and recommendations for adjusting my training, I was back to running quickly after he pinpointed what the issue was. Thank you Kurt, highly recommended!

I hurt my back quite seriously and being far away from my regular physio in Brisbane, booked an appointment with Jenny at Active after researching on line.I have been to a few physios over the years and have had some pretty ordinary treatments.From the beginning, Jenny was amazing.After loads of questions and numerous notes on my file (even though she knew I was a visitor), Jenny's patience, amazing, gentle but firm hands, informative chat and demonstration of follow up exercises blew me away, I feel so fortunate to have come across such a true and knowledgable professional with a holisitc approach to my treatment.The lady on the front desk was lovely as well.Easy parking out the back in what is a busy town.Highly recommended!

Physiotherapist Cal Sutherland provided excellent service during my visit. I arrived with severe neck pain and was unable to sleep for weeks. I was at my wits end when Mr. Sutherland provided instant relief with dry needling and various other techniques. He was calm and patient throughout the entire consultation. You can tell when someone really cares about the well being of the patient and that was evident. Highly recommend Active Life Physio and Mr. Sutherland if you are in any pain and need relief.
