Commonwealth Bank Sorrento Branch

I have been to the bank in Sorrento a few times. I've had to wait in line for quite some time.It's a pity that they were like Rosebud and have chairs to wait on to see someone in the rooms.Last time I had to sort out why money was taken out of my bank but wasn't going into the other account. In Sorrento I stood there for ages only to be told rudely that the money was going into the account. And because I took off the automatic payment, she couldn't help me. I was so stressed that she changed her tune when she offered me a glass of cold water because I started crying.I'm not sure why this bank is still there.

If you're after terrible customer service, this is the place for you!Due to personal reasons I had a cheque that was 14 months old I called the company who issued the very large refund that everything was correct and valid on their end and I was instructed to see my bank.To which the rude and very blunt customer service teller informed me that she wouldn't process it as cheques become invalid after 15 months. I asked her as I was very confused, if would she atleast try and said very rudely responded NO! As it will be rejected!" with a not so subtle eye roll that she gave me and my son. We replied "okay" and left the venue.It's his 3rd birthday this weekend and the extra cash would have been wonderful and being within the time frame she even admitted too
