This shop has a issue sharing price over the phone. I live between Blacktown & Penrith border, wanted to get price & stock for my job which is in Mosman, but was told to come down to the shop for the prices. Looks like they only want to serve locals. Shame on this kind of businesses.Deserve a ZERO STAR.

Came here earlier last year, regarding some touch-up paint for new home. Called over the phone, was quick and straight-forward; answered all of my questions.In-store, they had what I needed and was very helpful and quick on some painting advice. Still unsure why so many negative reviews, in my case, it was a great experience.Thank you for making my painting experience fantastic, you'll always be my first stop next time for all my painting needs!

I phoned Roufas Paints and asked about a particular paint that I needed.I was told that they had it in stock and when I asked about the price of the paint, I couldn't believe their answer.Sorry I won"t tell you the price of the paint over the phone. You will have to come to the shop to find out the price! ".... but don't worry
