Walked into this store Thursday 1st June to look for a new suitcase for my upcoming trip to USA.The sales consultant did not acknowledge me when I entered the store, nor did she even approach me to ask if I required some assistance.Very disappointing experience.So I took my business to the Sugarland store instead.They were very welcoming and provided me with the info.I made a purchase there.So a thumbs up for the Sugarland store, and a definite thumbs down for the Hinkler store.

Very clean neat and tidy shop.With very a great variety of stylish bags for every occasion.Always found the staff to be professional and knowledgeableMy family have bought from this store on many occasions and found the prices to be competitive.Had one purchase where the stitching had failed they replaced the bag without any fussRecommend to anyone.
