The worst customer service I ever seen my whole life. Pls keep away from this place .

Came in here this morning to buy 2 mobile phones, we came across the rudest employee, walked out and went straight to Telstra. Not sure what the guys problem was but I’d be furious if he worked for me.

Not the greatest customer service and you have to wait along time, even though there are staff out the back.Maybe some uniform wouldn't go astray either!

They were very happy to service me and it took a while to get serviced

Worst service I've ever experienced. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.TL;DR - 3 weeks of excuses, no communication from staff, better off going to the competitors.- Contacted them via email looking for a quote for a replacement screen, got the ball rolling and told to come in store in a few days.- Came in and screen hadn't arrived, told to come back a few days later.- Came in a few days later and was told the technician was away and told to come back a few days later.- Came back a few days later and was told the technician still wasn't in and told to come back a few days later.- Came back and was informed that the screen hadn't arrived, and the technician was still away and had a mountain of phones on his desk to fix once he was back which could take another few days.I'd been continuously coming back to the shop for ALMOST 3 WEEKS without any solution in sight. Not ONCE did any employee contact me to inform me of these issues, to save me coming in ON MY WORK BREAK, despite having both my phone number and email to contact me on.Went across the street to Caseway and had my phone fixed in less than a week.
