Jaan came very highly recommended by multiple friends and yet he went far beyond our expectations. Throughout our application process he was incredibly understanding in managing multiple changes in our circumstances, found us a competitive rate, pushed us to secure an interest rate lock that literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars and responded to our (very frequent) queries promptly and with never-ending patience. He not only made the process of buying a property far less stressful with his calm/friendly style, but was also someone we found we could trust. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
