Had the “Refuel Benny” which is this amazing potato cake covered in pulled pork, poached eggs, and a sriracha sauce I could eat with a spoon. Would make the trip from the US back to Ballarat just for this plate of food.

Impeccable service and very friendly staff. The coffees were amazing, and the food was delicious. The interior of the cafe is beautiful. 10/10 experience definitely going back!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a tasty meal with amazing customer service.

such a cute cafe and brilliant food! visited ballarat on a holiday from adelaide and were recommended by worker manish who was excellent. hope to return in the future if we come back to ballarat :)ps. the bao buns are going to become a craving! and my mum loved the bennys

Amazing food, looks *almost* too good to eat!It's a small space, I would recommend a reservation during busy times (like 11-1).Really great smiley service, the hardest part of our visit was trying to decide what to order!Very cute, can't wait to go back.

Easy parking out the front or just across the road at Big W. Good coffee and a great selection of slices and cookies. Although I haven't tried any of the cooked meals they all look great as well.

Can't recommend this place highly enough. I ordered the beef burger. Turned out to be a 5 star quality burger. 10x better than M'cdonalds. Great prices for fresh food.However, I do worry that the location might deter some people

I went for a job trial at this restaurant this morning, and the manager's behavior was extremely disrespectful.1. When I greeted the manager upon entering the restaurant, he ignored me.2. During the supposed trial that lasted about 15 minutes, he only spoke to me for 2-3 minutes. The remaining time was frequently interrupted by his conversations with other employees.3. I spent an hour and a half on the round trip, arrived half an hour early, and spent another half an hour familiarizing myself with their menu on the website. However, the manager only took a minute to inform me that he couldn't train me if I lacked of knowledge of cheese. He wasted my entire morning and ruined my mood for the rest of the day. If you expect candidates to possess cheese-related knowledge, please take a minute during the interview to communicate this requirement.4. I am highly certain this isn't the first time they have behaved in such a manner. After completing the trial, my friends told me that they had a similar experience at this restaurant before.I want to emphasize once again that I fully understand that my limited knowledge of cheese prevented me from succeeding in the trial. What made me upset was the manager's rude behavior and lack of respect for my time. I kindly request that you avoid treating other candidates in such a manner AGAIN, as our time is exceedingly VALUABLE.

Great food. Great location. Love the quick and friendly service. Highly recommended for breakfast or brunch.3 eggs omelette was great with sliced tomatoes. Spinach and mushroom were extra.

Booking was made easy through the website and having 2 young children, the menu was able to cater for them over and above! (Pancakes with Fairy Floss were a hit!)Food was delicious with a great variety and service was quick and polite.And coffee... much needed!!Well done Refuel Hub team :)
