Been to a lot of nail salons all around Melbourne and this is one of the worst. High prices and extremely rushed service. Really filthy utensils. Uneven nails guaranteed every time. The location is so convenient so I’ve given them a few chances but it actually gets worse the more you go lol. I feel bad leaving this review because the woman who seems to be in charge is actually really lovely but her staff are proper shocking. One time a girls finger was bleeding from the manicure and they dipped her bleeding finger in the SNS anyway. Sorry but gross…

I had a terrible experience at this place last Friday and will NEVER go back.I wanted to go for a nice relaxing pedicure with my daughter and instead had completely the opposite experience.Shortly after the person had started my pedicure, she basically scrapped a whole piece of skin off my big toe which started bleeding profusely and continued throughout the whole time I was there.It was painful as well and she put cotton wool on it and a bandaid and she barely apologised as she continued.None of the others even batted an eyelid.At the end I paid for my daughter's but refused to pay for mine and would you believe the manager and the girl who did it were demanding I pay the $10 for the nail polish on 9 toes!!!There was no apology or concern whatsoever!!!All they were interested in was getting their $10.My toe continued to bleed for 24 hrs.I have had to wear a bandage since and it is painful to wear any footwear.Hopefully it won't get infected. Definitely stay away from this place.

Got acrylics refilled here, the staff were so lovely and they did an amazing job on the shape. So many colour options too!!

Excellent customer service, friendly staffs and great skills. I have been so happy with my nails so far. Highly recommend. I will definitely comeback.

I have been going to Sugar Blonde for past 3 years - recently it has gone downhill. I had SNS done the other week and one of the ladies was very rough with the drill and cut my fingers. I received no apology and no discount for their poor work. I also noticed that they don't sterilise their equipment properly - they simply just wash all the tools and instruments out the back (you can often see the girls taking them into the back room and hear them washing them like dishes in the back room). In addition, often the tables and chairs are covered in old nail clippings and dust so not exactly the most hygienic place. It would be nice if the girls smiled every once in awhile and didn't act like they hated being there. It used to be decent, but now the service, quality and hygiene have really gone downhill. Go to Pink Blvd (which I've heard is very sterile and clean).

I decided to get my nails soaked off and re-done at this salon as it was pretty convenient to get to.. my nails have never looked worse! They are bumpy and so uneven, I’ve been filing my nails for the past day to get the base smooth. This is not what I expected from a $60 service. Definitely do not recommend.

I got gellack past Saturday and after 4 days it's already letting loose. My nails got really soft instead of a tick nail.I went back and had a really good experience this time. She did my nails again, she was lovely. I really appreciate it! Thank you for the good service!

I had a great experience here (granted it was quiet which probably helped!)Best spa pedicure I’ve ever had!Will absolutely be calling this my regular place from now on!

Asked for a design but didn't do it well so asked to just give me full colour instead..she got annoyed, pulling my hands roughly, rushing the drill onto my nails causing it to hit my SKIN. until she realised that she hurt me! Then spoke to the other workers in vietnamese (when she didn't even talk the whole time then as soon as I changed my mind she began to say something in her language to her co workers) WHO LITERALLY WAS LOUNGING AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE ON THEIR PHONES BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS THEIR SERVICE) also wayyyy over priced. not worth it ladies. 2nd time going there and regret both times!

me and my friend went there and she put my tips on wonky and didn’t put sns on half of my nail and cut them to long when i told them the length and my friend wanted pastel orange and she put on neon orange. and it is way over priced for what you get
