I had my first haircut with Hana yesterday after a friend's recommendation. Hana was, gentle, hardworking, punctual, professional and very skilled. She listened to me and the result was exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is also very fair and affordable. She also offers a free haircut at your tenth visit, which is a bonus. I will definitely be visiting her long-term.

Sophie is absolutely one of the best hairdressers I've ever had. She took her time making sure she understood my concerns/goals, treated my hair with care & technique, and was just downright a genuine person. So glad I found this gem!For context: I came to sophie with a challenge to fix somebody else's wrong. A previous hairdresser from elsewhere had butchered my hair. Sophie was so understanding, yet did not hype my expectations in order to rip me off. She did her best to salvage, & through it showed genuine skills & desire for me to leave a happier person, & I really did :)

I am very happy with the work that Sophie did with my hair. She gave me guidance with the style and the hair colour and took her time with the treatment and cutting. I found her experienced and professional as well as someone with lovely personality.

Hana colored my hair on 8 May. She was fast and efficient as usual. Love the hair wash with the short massage and machine comb.

SPAM! Misleading! I rarely gives bad reviews but I had to this time to prevent other customers from falling into the same trap! I purchase the K queen hair Groupon deal $99 - full head of colour with wash, cut, blow dry and treatment. I was fully aware of the fine print ' from $20 surcharge applys for hair longer than shoulder length and surcharges may apply for extra thick hair. I went in for a simple colour ( dark brown burgendy) with no need to bleach or toner. I sat down on the chair and the lady goes to me for my hair because it's long and extra thick it will be $100 extra. I was more than just SHOCKED. Never in my life I was every told for my hair I would need to pay extra $100 for a simple colour. My hair is long but not extra long
