I love having my nails done with Annie and the other lovely ladies at LVO. They always go above and beyond even making rainbow nails for me which my Kindy students love. They take special care of every customer. Excellent quality. Good value.

I went to Perth for a three week vacation . My friend recommended to do nails here. It was a great experience. I come here one more time before I go back to Melbourne . Very good service, friendly staff. I have recommended my friends and I will come here if I have the opportunity to travel here next years.

I had my nails done 1.5 weeks ago at this salon. I had an unqualified lady gluing my tips on while the other lady kept stopping my nails to treat other clients. All of my nails have since just popped off and I have fungus on 2 of my nails which are now quite damaged. I am a nail technician myself and know that nails should not just pop off. I contacted this salon expressing what had happened and they couldn't care less. They told me not to wear acrylic nails for a few months and it should resolve. I have been to the dr regarding the nails and ive been told my nails will not grow back the same. Please don't waste your money getting your nails done here as all they care about is ruining your nails and taking your money.

Went to this salon for a manicure as my usual salon was busy. While the service was very friendly, the shellac manicure is very disappointing. A day after my manicure, one peeled off completely, the.n a day later another peeled off. Four days after the manicure, more are starting to peel/chip. This has never happened before as a shellac manicure usually lasts me 2-3 weeks.

I travelled from interstate for a wedding and broke my nail as soon as I boarded the plane. LVO Beauty Lounge fixed my nail for me straight away, and did such an amazing job. I got my existing mail removed and tip and sns French manicure replaced so well and quickly. I will be visiting the next time I am back in Perth. Thank you very much.

Absolutely worst unprofessional experience I have had. Booked eyelash extension appointment online. All good and kept getting reminder messages for appointment. Drove all the way to the shop today for appointment and was told by half-asleep staff that the eyelash artist went to Vietnam for holiday and won’t come back for 2 weeks. So no one even bothered to let the customers know about this?? You just leave them in the dark, waste their time and make useless trips? How can business like this even manage to exist???

I had a really great experience at Lvo Beauty Lounge today. I came in around 10am on a Friday and was able to get my nails started straight away. I mentioned to the nail artist that sometimes my nails hurt when I've had SNS in the past, and she was so careful and gentle which I really appreciate.When I chose the nail design I wanted the nail artist was up front about the price, and I was really happy with the end result! We also had a lovely chat, and this will be my new regular place when I'm in Perth.

Please don’t come here ! I came to have my nails done, and though the ladies were friendly and my nails came out alright, I noticed that the glue used to stick to my nails wasn’t working very well. The lady doing my nails had to restick the nails a couple of times. 3 days later and 3 of my nails came off without me applying any pressure. I did not pay $60 to have my nails come off within 3 days, and so I contacted them regarding this on 2 different platforms. I have received no response and I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of customer care.
