I called to see if I could order some rolls for a charity event my netball club was hosting for Ovarian Cancer and the owner told me he was too busy to deal with my request. He didn't offer an alternative time to speak with him and hung up the phone before I could finish speaking. He was inflexible, rude and disrespectful.

My mum purchased 6 scones (blueberry and white chocolate) that were completely raw inside, when she called up to inform them of the situation they said they would happily replace them & were apologetic. When she went to go return them, one of the girls with dark hair snatched them from her, threw them on the floor and snapped at her about not coming a few days before to return them. When mum called the store afterwards to discuss the way she was treated, the same girl (not going to say names) said to her thats normal? and said she doesn't understand how she was rude to her. Disgusting behaviour. Wont be shopping there again until something is done about this. Would like to get in contact with the store owner/ manager. Pity as the other girls are gorgeous!

I love Easter time and especially hot cross buns, the choc chip hot cross buns here do not have enough choc chips especially compared to the other Bakers delight stores, and they are $2.40 compared to $1.90 each. What’s going on guys why are you so over priced and no where near the same great quality?

Went and ordered 60 bread rolls for a party, when i went to collect them i was the total sum of $1.00 short on the amount I needed. The lady at the shop would not give me any sort of discount for spending $50.00.I had to go to the bank at the other side of the shopping centre to get my $1.00. So on the way back I decided to reduce my order by 1 roll ( rather than paying the extra dollar)The girl ( think she is the owner) takes 1 roll out and I mistakenly thought that was it.But no as I walked away she shouted to me ( while she has more customers in front of her) that I still owe her 15cents.OMG I reply : are you serious" but she says don't worry I have rung it thru.So in my hast to get back and give it to her as i am pretty disgusted at her attitude ( great customer service)I walk back and place the 15cents on the counter and tell her to keep it as a TIP.During the conversation about the amount she made the statement to me that if she gives me a discount she will have to do it to everybody. That i don't understand. WHY you don't have to tell anyone Do you?Needless to say that will be the last Dollar that she will get out of me...."
