I have spent 1/2 an hour trying to speak to a human from Centrelink. It gives a number of automated options and information and then hangs up. I can't imagine being an elderly person trying to navigate this user unfriendly service.

Visited this centre for medicare purposes and were told they couldn’t do anything. We went to toowoomba instead and had the issues sorted.
