Do not deal with these people. They're rude and incompetent. My insurance company sent me to them over three weeks ago for an assessment and quote, and they still haven't sent the quote to the insurance company! If they can't manage a simple quote in a timely manner, I dread to think how long they would take to actually repair a vehicle. Two thumbs down.

They didn’t contact to come and collect the car on the pickup day ,went to pick the car and told me that not finished repair yet it will be ready tomorrow. Unprofessional and when they finished repair left my car without cleaning buffering dust inside cabin. I don’t recommend this place

Outstanding quality and customer service, wow, so glad AAMI had my car repaired here.Friendly staff, efficient and given the huge number of repairs on the go, they not only managed to get my car in but did an outstanding job on the repairs. I am so thankful that Burnie Motor Accident Repair Centre are preferred repairer for our insurance company. Nothing is a drama, they are so helpful and their work cannot be faulted. I kinda don't want to have to visit again (cos it means someone ran into our car), but the experience dealing with these guys compensates the nasty taste you get in your mouth from being dinged.

I was promised pick up and return on my car which was okay on the day I dropped it off but not on completion.As I live on my own and a senior in my 70's It made it stressful at 4pm when told the car was ready and no one could deliver it as the caller said he was on his own.But when I did get there the work shop was full of men,this made myself and my friend upset at the blatent disregard they showed.

I had an accident and my insurance company had then pick up my car. When I rang they were always very helpful and kept me up to date as we were waiting for parts. The car looked great and I'm extremely pleased with the work they did.

Phone manner leaves a lot to be desired, I was literally hung up on by the manager after he answered and I asked to book my car in.. (yes it was close to closing time, but just hanging up still isn't excusable).. Had to email to book in because I didn't feel like going through the phone drama again.When I received my car back the guard flare which was glued down was lifting. Will fix it myself as it's easier than dealing with the customer service...

Would not be taking any of my vehicles to this place again, Ended up fixing it myself. Would not trust sending my vehicle back after they denied any fault to buffing scratches all over headlights which made them all cloudy.They said it was sun damage, pfffft the car was 3 years old and kept in a garage 2 of the 3 years.
