Went in with Neck pain and stiffness walked out without it!After consulting with my GP about some ongoing neck pain and headaches I was advised by him (following an xray showing some arthritic activity in my neck facet joints) to see a Physiotherapist. I made an appointment and saw Leon Lor at Beechboro Physiotherapy. He was very attentive and polite. He asked about my medical history and what I had been doing to date to alleviate the pain and discomfort. For the most the use of heat packs, anti inflammatory pain relief and using my own homemade Hemp seed and Magnesium creme has been helping, but over recent weeks I felt I needed something a little more to help ease my headaches. Leon advised I will need from time to time some neck massage and facet joint manipulation (which he did today) to help with the left hand side rotation of my neck. Its an age thing I know but all I have been doing has and will continue to help. I felt I wasn't being over sold anything and he was happy to have me just book an appointment as I feel I need further facet manipulation (treatment). I appreciated the neck exercises he advised me to start doing to help strengthen the neck muscles to help prevent the facet joints becoming stiff and inflamed. I was Very happy with his service and would thoroughly recommend him.

I went to the Beechboro Physiotherapy centre a couple of weeks ago, for some rehab after a hernia operation I had a few months back.Leigh was great, started at the beginning of my history and helped me to start my journey- she was kind, caring, very nurturing and explained things very well. The reception staff (Kiara and Abi) are always friendly, welcoming and happy to help.I really like how they know their clients and greet them by their first names- I can see the clients like it too.Definitely a returning customer!!

I wouldn't even give this place a one star.On entry, glass doors dirty, carpet not vacuum and reception desk covered in hand prints. The physio called me straight after previous patient, no time to wash hands. She pumped the front desk sanitiser on her hands. Is that good enough? The bed had a damp, creased towel on it. When I asked her if she was going to change the towel she replied, I don't normally. When I suggested someone else has been lying on it, she replied yes, do you want it changed. With that, I left. Did not stay for treatment. Yuk!I wouldn't walk back in that physio if you paid me to.

I went to see Oliver after hurting my lower back again, and has been really helpful in getting my back right again. He explains things really well and given me follow up exercises to get me back on track.

I have been coming for the Pilates class here for 5 years now. Before, I could barely walk from the pain in my back and neck, but it has improved immensely. The staff are all so caring and professional, I recommend Beechboro physio for anyone experiencing pain or injury.

Adam was absolutely fantastic!Decided to book in after having a severe migraine causing dizziness and nausea for 4 days due to tension, knocking me back from work. Medications the doctor gave me weren’t working and I was having panic attacks due to my sight being so affected. After one session my migraine has stopped affecting my vision and the pain has significantly reduced around my temples, shoulders and neck. This is the most pain free I’ve been in months suffering with thoracic arthritis and kyphosis. He gave me some great suggestions on who I can see and what I can do to help. I look forward to gaining some more movement back with more sessions to relieve all the built up tension and get back into exercising again after two years.
