Couldn't be happier. Nothing was an issue to help me out. Red, grey Anderson plugs and 12pin for my towing setup on new LC300. Even ran wiring I supplied for reverse camera on my caravan. Stayed a couple of hours past closing to finish the job for me. Great management & staff. Thanks guys

Cant rate the On Track boys more. We got all our business vehicle's kitted up by them including Dual battery systems, redarc brake controller, lift kits, tyres, the whole lot. Additionally they service our trailers. Always affordable and always top work. Cheers boys.

They only wanna work on the new stuff and bigger jobs it's all too obvious when u go in there. Can't get a hold of them on the phone and it's diverted to the boss so when they don't answer it your actually bugging him half the time so I had to actually go in there to see if the job was completed...which it wasn't. Turned up the next day when they opened, (not due to anyone telling me it was ready) anyway, they still didn't install the reverse camera and handed it back to me (because they could be effd getting an appropriate extension lead) even though that's kinda part of their job description). I asked the guy who installed the head unit and he said if they'd bothered to take off the head unit it was all coiled up in behind it. I don't recommend and will be going elsewhere with my electrical problems to someone who remembers what the job description is or at least writes it down. They did part of the job hence the 2 star.

The boys at Ontrack did an amazing job on wiring up my dual battery, solar panel, fridge, compressor and lights in my canopy. While also getting my A/C working and pumping cold air back through the cab.Cheers guys.

All I can say is wow! The team at on track were a grade from start to finish. I dropped the car off and they found the problem within the hour. Rang me, good communication and even waited back cause I was stuck in traffic.Thanks heaps again guys

I definitely Do Not recommend. We took our car in last week to install: Head unit, mic and reverse camera. At drop off my son pointed out exactly where he wanted the camera be positioned and they agreed. We supplied exact wiring harness straight from Autobarn.After nearly a whole day, got the msg ready to pick up. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was the camera was nowhere near the agreed position. I could understand if they encountered a problem and couldn't position as requested, but if this was the case a simple call during the day to advise would have been OK, we got no call. And it got worse.When I got to the office they told me that they couldn't get the steering wheel controls to work, they told me I would need another wiring harness and they gave me the name of another company to go to.Well as a result: we repositioned the camera ourselves to the desired position and without hassle; took the car to where the harness was purchased and they fixed the control issue in under an hour (it was just switch settings) no need to buy a new harness.The worst part of my experience with On Track was their attitude, when I picked up the car and pointed out that I wasn't happy, it was clear they couldn't care less, they just wanted their money and to see the back of me.I will never go to these guys again!

The fellas at OnTrack have looked after me multiple times with 2 different vehicles. Easy to deal with, do the job they say they’ll do and affordable. Highly recommend them.
