Edited my post and updating star ratings. Had a few communication issues with the US distributor, however we reached out to Magic Mobility, who got us in touch with a rep who addressed our issues for a warranty repair.So, new review. The Frontier v6 MWD wheelchair is great. We have a custom seat, so comfort isn't part of this chair, but the chair is really well built, sturdy, and seems easy and quick to learn the controls. The custom seating went in and fits perfectly.Battery life seems really good (only 1 week of use yet). It is a touch wider than some others we looked at, however Magic does have an option for indoor tires which narrows it down slightly. This helps for our van and with learning the controls. Getting the chair to go perfectly straight up a ramp takes some practice so the extra room helps.Being my wife's first power chair, I do not have much to compare, so I'll end this by saying, it met all of our expectations and more.

They make great custom wheelchair. Came here with a client and they are able to make to customise wheelchairs to suit people's needs. Wheelchairs are able to go up and down steps and on rough terrain. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. So great place if you want a custom made wheelchair.
