I usually don’t leave bad reviews like this but for this I felt I had to. HORRIBLE experience, whole entire family had food poisoning after!!! Ordered takeaway, server charged me $5 for containers without informing me and the containers melted (see examples in pics). All the plastic melted into the soup which is DANGEROUS for consumption. The pickled soup was also ridiculously salty, almost undrinkable and the fish tasted off. Called the manager to prevent this from happening to other customers with no resolution whatsoever. Unacceptable food and customer service!!

Ordered the tender beef with golden soup and it was delicious. The broth was thick and flavourful. The only downside is that we were placed next to the entrance and the cold wind was blowing at us constantly whenever a customer comes in. The staffs were hesitant to let customers up to the first floor.

Ordered spicy stewed beef, one of top 3 dish. It was ok, but too salty, not enjoyable. However, the signature dish fish slices pickled vegi was great, so tasty and smooth.

This place has quite a selection of noodle soups to choose from. They are quite delicious and portions were quite generous.You need order first before finding a seat and the staff are there to help you find one if you are having problem finding one. It can get quite busy.There are self serve stations for water and chilli.Prefer this place than the branch on swanston st.

Have not been here for a while and found it's not like it use to be now. Not so many customers like before. Ordered a noodle soup and a chicken side dish. The side dish cost nearly $8 but only has little, all in small pieces and full of bones, we can hardly find a piece of meat larger than a finger nail. We complained to the waitress and she took the dish back to kicken and came back with another one only improved little, and told us that's because it's nearly the end of the day and that what the have left only. what the hell, we spent $8 and only got a half dish of chcken bones!

Authentic Asian food, great if you like large bowls of soup based food with noodles, dumplings or other ingredients. Not one of my favourite eating experiences but that's more to do with my preferences than the actual quality of the food. No reasonable desert options either, again, this is a review based on my tastes, your experience may be different based on your own tastes.

Really like Tina noodle and came here several times over the last few months. Their service is pretty good and it’s always quick. Sadly this time I ordered their laksa soup base and it looked curdled. It doesn’t taste as good as real laksa so I think I would stick to their mala noodles soup next time
