What a wonderful gem of a salon. From the moment of walking in, the warm friendly front desk, the beautiful staff and ambience of the salon is all a credit to the team. Thanks for giving me some much needed me time. I look forward to my next visit already.

Great experience with the girls here. They did beautiful up dos for myself and daughters for my daughter's wedding. It wasn't easy with long thick hair but they knew what we wanted and were quick to do our hair which held in place all day and throughout the evening. Thankyou girls.

I have been a regular customer at this salon for a few months and have never had any issues. However, my recent visit was disappointing. Despite having a 1.15pm appointment for a wash, blow-dry, and curl on my medium length hair, I had to wait for over 20 minutes. I spoke to one of the other hair stylists to inquire about the delay and mentioned that I had to leave by 2.30pm at the latest for an event that afternoon. The stylist was lovely and spoke to Tina, who was scheduled to do my hair that day. Finally, Tina finished with the client before me and began working on my hair. However, it took over an hour to complete the wash and blow dry, and I did not leave the salon until 3pm. I asked about the delay, and I was told that it was due to curling my hair with the hairdryer and brush. I don’t believe this is the case, as I have had previous hairdressers do the same job in 30 minutes. I was disappointed with my hair as it fell out and the overall job was not worth being late to my event. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at the salon. While I understand that delays can happen, I was frustrated that my appointment took longer than expected, causing me to run late for my event and that I had to spend further time going over my hair as it was not even curled.

Got a wonderful cut here by Eunice, she really took time to listen to what I wanted. She recommended a treatment for my dry hair which really made a difference and also found the time to add a blow dry even though I’d forgotten to book for that

I've experienced a really fantastic service at Urban Spirit, the team here is so friendly and really great at working out what you're wanting. I had a particularly great experience with Chloe, her balayage is amazing and I'm so happy with the results. The pricing is really reasonable and the salon in really environmentally friendly and offers a great range of products which are great for your hair and the planet. Highly recommended this salon.
