Great range of accessories and helpful staff. Needed a new helmet, and they did everything they could to hook me up with the brand I was currently using, but it wasn't possible, particularly in the time frame I had available. Still, I did end up leaving with an excellent helmet at a competitive price.

Broke down with power issue across the road. Walked in and received great assistance from Marty at the service counter, and also polite service from the parts counter. Good outcome.

Just bought a 2023 mt07 through Shane, fabulous service with prompt answering of questions and very accommodating to any changes I had a long the way, also the accessories department has been amazing dealing with changing of accessories after purchase. Highly recommend these guys 10/10

I bought a new motorcycle from them (MT07) and have to say the service and treatment was very poor. I have bought many new motorcycles and this has been by far the worst experience. A few things happened.1. They said the bike would be available in 2 weeks and it took more than double that.2. Twice they tried to charge me an extra $1000 over the agreed price and when pointed out this was incorrect didn't even get an apology3. Treated poorly when I came to collect the bike4. Put the incorrect tyre pressure in the front tyre (25PSI not 33PSI) so handled really poorly until I checked it.The treatment was so bad that I was going to buy a new helmet from them but took my business elsewhere. I am also getting the first service done at another garage and have told all my riding friends to avoid them like the plague.

I got nothing but attitude from their workshop that apparently can’t fit a new fuel pump to a tank. What if I break it he said!! I don’t know mate, are you a mechanic or a butcher??Will take me about 3 hours he said.. I took it home and did it myself in half an hour..Totally incompetent by my books. Go somewhere else if you want good work done on your expensive bike parts..1 out of 10
