Poor command of English and terrible experience. I met some Iron Fish team members at Westfield Doncaster at Bank of Melb branch over the weekend 26th Nov.The want to sell you properties but do not have information handy available, such as pricing etc. Their command of English is poor, all staff are Chinese from China.I was finally offered a good deal property in McKinnon for $140k for a townhouse. It had 3 bedrooms, 4 storey townhouse and rental returns of $750-900 per week. I keep probing the lady why it was so cheap, she said good deal and last unit left. I said show me the some details and I was ready to buy it immediately. She insisted the price was $140k for about 10 times.When I said I will buy it now, then she wrote down the price on a piece of paper to check herself, then she realised it should be $1.4 Million. She just apologised and walked away. They ought to be trained and educated about properties.This company is a fly by night which hard sell and don't have the correct facts. DONT ever think of investing with this dim wits.
