Lee and his team are amazing to deal with . He looks after our pool extremely well , we don't have to touch it. .He is also great if we need any emergency clean or advice.

Lee has been serving our pool for a while now. The pool has been crystal clear all year round. Always reliable and honest. We can always count on lee.

Absolutely disgraceful job done by Lee. I would never recommend him to anyone. In 1 month he managed to trash my swimming pool and its gonna cost me $$$$ to get it undone.

Lee is a very professional operator. Always sends a message the day before he is due to come and service our pool. We have had our pool for 6 months now and we have not had to do anything to our pool other than put our robot into the pool. We are never home when Lee attends our premises and we totally trust him. Highly recommended.

Lee has been amazing. We had a bad hand over from a pool company but Lee has gone out of his way to help us fix all the wrongs and full of helping tips to help you keep your pool is the best way. Do your self a favour and get Lee to come out and sort your pool up even just a check up, he is very up to date with the latest technology to make your pool perfect for those parties and summer days!!

Our pool is a weird shape and doesn’t have much room around it. We were trying for quite a while to get a cover installed. Nobody wanted to do it as they said it was too hard. We found Lee and he was happy to have a go and did a great job. Now we are enjoying a much warmer pool!

It really hurts me to give other businesses negative feedback as we own our food store we know what impact it can have on small business. However Lee from Pinnacle Pool was entrusted to service our pool monthly. HE WAS ACTUALLY PAID ALMOST A GRAND in advance to do the job as it was a present from.our Real Estate guy Ryan Smith.( Absolute Top Bloke) . However as it happens with any service if you pay for anything in advance they will find ways to ripyou off which is exactly what Lee did to us. Installed a sub par filter and charged an arm and a leg..only to have not installed it properly as we had to get someone in to fix his mishaps. Secondly he forgot to come every Month like he was supposed to, trying to blame us saying we never give him access to our house. LOL. Never trust this guy with your Pool needs. The Pool Guys will do a much better job !! We had to pay them to fix all the issues Lee left for us!! The guy is an absolute joke!! stay away and give your Pool money to others!! Lee we are still waiting for a refund for 9 months of Service you never did. We are not finished yet!!

I can’t recommend Pinnacle Pools highly enough. Lee went above and beyond to help us with the issues we had with our pool. We have used him a few times now and I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. Thanks Lee for all your help.
