The worst company ever, charged three times what it should have been. Had to take everything out and replace it via a reputable company. Will recover my money via the courts. My advise stay away from shady companies like ITA

We accepted the fee to quote however once the invoice arrived it was way more than double.“We had to do this and this extra we spent a whole hour looking at the job blah blah blah”After we told them other quotes were almost less than half and spent more time and did not charge anything, they proceeded to ridicule the other electricians claiming they would be doing work illegally etc etc.It was only once we advised them that we would seek ACA that they pulled their head in.Our advice get a quote when getting a quote otherwise like a few other reviews they will try and charge laughable prices just for a quote.

I had Blake and Ryan come over to change 3 light fittings and install two pendants lights. They were very nice and professional. They did an excellent job! Will not hesitate to get them back in for any future jobs.

Never use this company! ITA worked on our new build to fit our whole house out including a smart home system. We moved in nearly 3 years ago and are still waiting for a few things to be completed. We were guaranteed we’d be able to program the smart system ourselves but we most definitely are not which means we have to pay them by the hour every time we want something adjusted. The owner claims to know it all about the products he sells but he doesn’t and very quickly moved onto recommending a different product once you have committed to one. He is extremely hard to get a hold of and NEVER calls when he says he will. Once the bulk of your job is done he will move onto another job and neglect the rest of yours. The owner also fails to work together with any other trades. Engaging ITA was by far the worst decision we made with our house build and we regret it so so much!!! Save yourself the hassle and DONT USE THEM!!

They are my super life saver, especially Gary and Fiona picked me from dark. I was struggling to find the tradesmen after my new unit was handover incomplete condition as per final inspection dispute with the builder. I got the unit without power meter. Firstly I did not know how can I get the meter? To whom should I contact? Lucky I found Fiona, customer support lady looked care me till the meter is connected. Before I spoke wirh Fiona, I contacted Energy Australia and I was hold more than 1 hour and hung up!! Gary as technician, always contacted me after the job finished or advised me the progress. I was so happy to hear the progress from Gary because I was in the dark. I have no idea to process all construction matters. Thank you Gary and Fiona. I will recommend your company when my friends need the electric technician.Finally thank you again.

I’ve owned a Houseboat at Lake Eildon for more than 7yrs. During this time, we had considerable issues with the configuration of the batteries, solar, Inverter, and generator. We spent a small fortune trying to rectify the intermittent issues with several other organisations to no avail. I contacted ITA, they came out and did a full audit on issues, provided me with a quote and went to work. The solution was delivered on time and well within budget. ITA are a team of competent professionals, that are very friendly and easy to work with. I am now commissioning them to assist us with solving some Audio/Visual integration issues within our own home. ITA’s knowledge of technical integrated solutions on Marine products and households is second to none. I highly recommend ITA.

Called this company as I needed a new inverter for my solar system. They were extremely prompt and when there were issues with the company where the inverter came from they were really helpful. Fiona was first point of contact and she was really friendly and helpful. Brad who came out on the initial callout was very professional. Would highly recommend this company.

They are the worst I ever had to deal with in my entire life!!!!Make sure you get a written quote before you accept them to do a work.
