Amanda is amazing, kind, caring and compassionate.I started seeing Amanda in November 22, my anxiety was out of control and was affecting my life.Amanda never judged, provided me with validation for the way I was feeling, she provided me with sound medical evidence of why it was happening and explained in simple terms the how, what and why of what happening.Amanda gave me strategies to help me through my struggles that I still use today because they work.Today my anxiety is under control. I recently had a set back, I used the strategies Amanda gave me and instead of hiding away, I stood up and tackled it head on and got through with my new strategies.I have also lost weight and stopped smoking.I cannot thank Amanda enough for the support, compassion and allowing me to believe in myself again.Highly recommend Amanda she is amazing.
