One star because the coffee was good, and the appointment started on time.Zero stars for the over-priced hack job she did on my hair.I could’ve taken blunt scissors and randomly cut my hair, and the effect would be the same.I sent a photo to my hairdresser back in Melbourne, who laughed and said it looks like it’s been hacked off with a razor.Why, yes, that’s literally exactly what she did.You would have to pay me a lot of money to ever go back to this salon.

Very professional, informative and insightful. The staff genuinely care about customers needs and provide very valuable advice for hair treatments and post treatment care. Very impressed and highly recommend

I went in for a trim Asked the stylist to taper the cut at the back. I was left with uneven lengths all sticking out. Didn’t notice till after I shampooed my hair two days later Too late to go back to the salon as I live away. Will not ever go back and not recommend the salon at all. Very disappointed as I thought Stefan was a better trained salon.

Great service & the staff give realistic explanations of what your hair will be like, especially if you are going from darker to lighter. I’ve been here multiple times for myself & for my sons hair cuts including his first one. Staff are very friendly & delegate their customers needs between each other well, which I appreciate as I don’t like to spend all day in a salon. The only problem I’ve had at Stefan a couple of times is I’ve made an appointment over the phone & I arrive on the day & it wasn’t booked in. Other than that I love the service, prices & the fact that Stefan offers Afterpay. :)

It’s a constant struggle every 3 months when I have my blonde regrowth done. Nobody can get it right. For years I had very little success in finding a salon/hairdresser that can understand the nice clean blonde that I want my hair to be ….. with NO BRASS. I walk out defeated with brassy roots (after paying hundred of $$) to be disappointed again …. asking myself ‘why can’t anyone get it right’ Well not today ladies and gents. Megan listened to what I was asking for and created the most beautiful blonde I think I’ve had in 30 years. It was exactly what I wanted and have been wanting all this time.I walked out so confident (without spending a fortune) and so freaking happy.Megan …. You nailed it girlfriend and I am so grateful to have found you, You rock!!

Paid $400 up front for a 3mth package to be denied service midway due to mask exemption. Megan, I assume to be the senior hairdresser went out of her way, even contacting her HO to ensure I was not able to receive the service I had already paid for. Also they can take your money at the salon but don't give refunds, only via HO.

Do a great job but really expensive. Was quoted $55 for a hair cut was charged $94, no extras, no treatments, no blow drying, really expensive. Happy to take my boys back but will be looking elsewhere for me.
