The boat shed soldiers point

Hired the pontoon for 8hrs, all in all we had a great day.Toilet has been removed, only found out when we got to the marina, we would have appreciated that information when booking pontoon.Clear view walls taken out, no instructions on how to use instruments.

We rented the bbq pontoon for 4 hours. It was a great boat with all the facilities you need. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

We booked a drifter for the morning but this was not available so they gave us the party pontoon for the same price!!! Awesome people, so friendly and helpful. We certainly will use them again. Thank a million Guys.

staff were unwilling to assist our requests, boats were not looked after or maintained would NOT RECOMMEND.

Pontoon boat great for a day out on the water. The drifters are also perfect for fishing or cruising. Kayak hire is also available from Soldiers Point Boat Shed .

Paid for a 4 Hour Pontoon Boat Hire, 1 hour and 10 minutes into the boat hire the boat became inoperable. After contacting them they took over an hour to get to us and tow us back to shore. When we got back they refused to give us a full refund for the terrible Experience we had. Also, after having a 12pm booking we did not actually set off 50 minutes later due to their unorganisation (The Boat was not Fueled up and the BBQ didn't work). Would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone, do not make the same mistake we did.

We have arrived in nelsons bay for a family holiday, we booked a pontoon boat 3 weeks prior to the date of hire - payed a depoist over the phone -, received a phone call the day before to ask if we could please come at a later time than we requested to help them out - as she said she wanted to give someone in the morning - we said that was fine as she said she will give us an extra hour in the afternoon. We than received a phone call the morning of to ask if we could come at 10am - our original time - . We questioned it due to the phone call the day before. We had a mad rush to the boat hire place to which when we arrived were told sorry the boat is unavailable

Rented the pontoon boat with a group of 9. The staff were helpful and friendly, the boat was spacious and easy to maneuver. Very much a walk on / walk off experience that I will book again!

Called three time given 3 diffrent directions from staff and after 5mins of searching and finding the place get told by staff that the man who hires the boats out has left already such a waste of my time

Worst service ever! Do not trust! Booked a boat day before, arrived on time to find out no boat available as it just went out an error was made. Received a phone call early morning confirming booking but they still stuffed it! Never use!
