Grays - Pinkenba

Staff do not care at all. Worse customer service than a bad maccas. They lost my number plates and sent me home (2.5hr drive) and told me that they will delivery it the next morning. It is now 2 weeks from the day they said it will be delivered and I have spoken to them 5 or 6 times. Each time has been a very quick fake apology and another empty promise.I called them today and asked them for a small compensation because of THEIR mistakes and they told me today that they didn't want me to come the day they called me and to stop contacting them and turned it on me. Because apparently it is MY fault that my car is not here 2 weeks after payment. This is ridiculous.

Thier descriptions are very optimistic...Be careful and check the car before bidding.I have gotten 1 bargain semi-reliable car 4wd and 2 lemons that I resold on Grays after the mechanic had a good look at them.Run a Google search on the VIN and click omitted results at the bottom ;)

I went and saw grays on 4 January to sell my classic car, was given an email to contact, I emailed Lisa marie" as instructed ....... no reply no phone call. I rang 3 more times

Found a great car with this company however when it came time to sign the paperwork, I was told I would have to pay more $ , this was after shaking hands on a deal, and the salesman also calling his boss to clarify the deal( which he did, apparently the addition was done wrong by the salesman)I would definitely make sure you are on your A game before dealing with this company.. I always thought once a deal was done and shaken hands, then that was the deal, apparently NOT with this company.Really unhappy customer and would definitely NOT recommend

Horrible place to buy car ! Unprofessional unreliable unpleasant place to deal with! No phone number to contact and discuss issues! Description of item is not how item actually is! Save yourself a lot of time and money and stay away from this place! Do not buy anything from here ! Case with fair trade will take place and further action will be taken agains this horrible auction place!!!!

Never again will I buy from Grays. On the hunt for 10+ additional trucks for my work fleet won't touch these guys. I found my last experience horrible. Not even making it 100 metres up the road before it lost power and wouldn't change gear was something I wouldn't risk again. Never again

This is completely looking for a car in the garbage, and the obvious oil spill doesn't even mean it!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Terrible business and customer service. They offered me a price for my car and we agreed, they then told me they would call me back later that day once all the paperwork was sorted. They did not contact me later that day or even then next day. After numerous attempts at contacting them to no avail they finally got back to me with a very awkward and timid employee who said they could no longer do that price although having agreed to it the day before. You think you would stay in contact with clients and inform them what was going on not leave them in the dark! Awful way to run a business and would not recommend either buying or selling with them!!!

Experience with grays call centre is absolutely appalling. Had an issue with the car that was covered by stat warranty, Grays said yep submit the claim we will get back to you within 2 business days. It’s now been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Every time I call I get the same ‘it’s taking longer than usual to investigate we are looking into it as a priority’. I asked to speak to a manager, was told they can’t connect but a supervisor will call me back within 2 business days. Suprise suprise it’s been 5 days now and still no call. If you buy a car from here pray you don’t have to deal with the call centre because it’s a lot of lies and empty promises. Staff seem to be heavily restricted in what they can do but can’t/not allowed to connect you to anyone who can do anything and promise calls from people who can help but the call never comes.
