I did Japanese hair treatment, trim and highlights with Hayato. The highlight turned out brighter than what I was aiming for but overall I’m very happy with the result.Highly recommend this salon.

I had a chemical straightening and gave Satomi the freedom to style my hair. She knew exactly what she’s doing and I love the outcome. She gave me while I waited; she was engaging and gentle with my hair. Post salon visit, I’ve had numerous compliments since. Thank you.

The service is worth the price. For the price, you get hair wash (& massage), style cut and dry. I've always had this small issue of voicing my opinion and feeling that the style I want isn't followed. But with Silk hair and straightening they follow the style I want and make it look good! They also suggest improvements to the style to make it more natural. My go to hair salon.

Since I visited Tomoko from SH&S i am extremely happy with my hair cut and colour and getting compliments from people again and again. Moreover, the only care required after the cut is just brushing: hair keep shape until next cut. Tomoko changed my hair colour from very light to very dark and back to dark blond, she is fantastic with dyeing.

This salon is fantastic and so are the hairdressers, everything is lovely and they’re so polite and fantastic. However, as much as I was hoping to give them 5 stars, I can’t. I went to get permanent Japanese straightening done and even though I came out with pin straight hair (because they dry it straight) this is not the case if I let it air dry. I was really hoping for silky smooth straight hair and unfortunately that’s not what I got. 2 stars for the straightening, 5 star service though.

If you are looking for the best permanent hair straightening service at a reasonable price look no further. My hair is extremely curly and frizzy and I leave there with silky smooth hair. Girls/guys..these guys are amazing and I highly recommend them!
