CAUTION : Charge a fee of $100 for an installer to come out and do a site inspection. Installer never arrives and you end up wasting the whole day waiting for someone who had no intentions of attending.Trying to get a refund on the $100 installer fee is another story - promise to refund this but now 7 days later and no sign nor confirmation of refund.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible company. Do NOT place your trust with Smart User.I had purchased and had them install two, supposedly brand new air-conditioner units from them.One of the air-cons was poorly installed, in which they had installed the air-con at a terrible position that, when turned on, the air-flow flap is partial obstructed by the curtain pole in the room. This all could of been avoided had they installed the air-con literally 10cm more to the left to it current position, avoiding the curtain pole.Another issue I've discovered after they had installed the air-cons, was that the outdoor condenser units for both my newly installed air-cons came with pre-existing exterior damages. I had not known about these damages as the units were boxed when they arrived, nor was I informed about these damages throughout the installation process. Whilst the air-cons can operate normally, you would expect to get a brand new damage-free product if it was advertised and purchased as 'brand new'. However, this was not the case as I had received two factory second-rated products without my knowledge. The installers were called back to look at the units, but the most they could do was attempt to straighten out the damages. I had confronted Smart User about the issue and my dissatisfaction, but they refused responsibility of any damages and would not reply to any of my further emails to them.Very disappointing experience, I would NOT recommend doing any business with this company.

Very frustrating process. I was given a quote for an AC unit including installation, and signed the contract at the start of Feb 2023, I did not receive any contact from Smart User AC installation despite multiple follow up calls from my end. When they finally called back yesterday after I followed up a third time (we’re at the end of June 2023, almost 5 months after the contract was signed), they informed me the only availability was the day after the phone call or none at all because the “program is ending at the end of June 2023”. When I expressed my frustration of their lack of contact since Feb and inflexibility with installation considering their late contact, their only argument was that they have tried to call me “multiple times today” (which changes nothing). I decided to cancel my contract at this point, as it became clear that they were not the best vendors/contractors/installers to deal with or be trusted. Dodged a bullet here.

Smart user don't want to give any offer and they don't want to give away coffee machine either. Don't believe this ad it fools us and when we install aircon they don't respond to our calls and texts. They will also delete these types of comments soon on face book. so please Don't go smart user this is my experience.

We had the pleasure of having Jordan replace our shower heads and door sealing today. He was extremely knowledgeable and insightful towards his work and what needed mending within the house. He was respectful of our home and had an incredibly gracious and fun aura. We appreciate the upgrades to the home and are grateful for the time spent by Jordan doing so. Thank you!

Very happy with this company and specifically the electrician Mathew and the plumber Renu. These guys went above and beyond for me being flexible with their installation and going the extra mile by putting in concrete under the pad for the water tank. Top notch installation.Mathew was great on the phone communicating what and how he was doing with the install as well as being a genuinely lovely person.All in all I would recommend these guys to anyone.
