They take your deposit for tiles and when you ask for refund they tell you that their stock has been updated and it's your fault you brought in tiles late thus you lose your deposit.I recommend checking other tiles shop.

Very poor service today from a female staff member.my wife went in and was told to look around and then once decided on tiles, you pay a deposit for a quote on a new house build 3 bathrooms and kitchen all needed tiles sorry won't be using you.Customer service is key ????

If I could give 0 stars I would.I received discusting service from this store last week.My partner and I are renovating our rental property and the week before our last visit we spent $400.When my partner went back, a grey haired man accused him of potentially stealing. Because of what? He has tattoos?I sent in a complaint but they never replied. Disappointed unprofessional. Don't shop at this store! They discriminate!Is this really how you treat your tradesman?
