Will rip you off. Owner verbally quoted $5k for gas unit, which we found elsewhere as the correct RRP, great, but then they hid an extra $1k in the quote which was not itemised, charging us $6k for the unit, which we found out too late. They lulled us in with the Government $1k cashback offer, which effectively went into their pockets. You will pay for their shop front, their sales and account staff etc, if you wish to burn your money, go for it. A fool and their money are soon parted, that was us, trusting them.

Total rip off! Over charged and unreliable. In the end we still didn't get what we asked for then tried to charge us $200 for an $80 remote that took him almost 2 weeks to install. Lessons learnt.

Andrew replaced a central heating system for me yesterday. He and Louise from the office were prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. The system and the installation were very competitively priced. I would highly recommend them.

They were great to work with, on time and we had no troubles with this company. We got 3 quotes and they were competive with the other companies. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a flued gas heater installed

We got a gas log fire place installed by these people 5 years ago and from the beginning we’ve had nothing but trouble with it. Cost us a lot of money $$$$$$$ and we never got any of the initial problems fixed. It should have been replaced but they gave us the run around, did not return calls. Was the worst service you could get. 5 years later and we are already looking at getting it replaced. Waste of money we worked hard for to get it. So disappointing.Don’t go with them.
