Rude service, walks off in the middle of serving you

Timely scripts, works as a chemist should. The reason for the three star rating is this, a few times I have been in and put scripts in. The same, dark haired lady dealing with prescriptions has been so unnecessarily rude toward me that I simply just don’t want to go back.On one occasion I had a question about whether the data from e-scripts was saved on the computer. We were in the middle of both a service transaction and conversation. She looked at me like I was both stupid and a huge inconvenience and told me to wait, she was too busy to deal with questions right now.Even if that were the case, there are direct AND polite ways of speaking to people, especially in a customer orientated line of work.
