Stopped to fill my bike this morning. Pre-authorised $20. Only used $13.47. My bank account has had the initial $20 pre-authorisation debited, plus the $13.74 I actually used, PLUS the pre-authorisation reversal actually also DEBITED my bank account $20 instead of crediting it back, so for my $13.47 fill up, $53.47 has been deducted from my account. Have tried calling to have it sorted but phone number is disconnected.
