A+ service. Drop off and pick up of skip bin on time. Text messages sent before arrival/pickup with tracking. Booking on the website is easy. They’ve clearly spent time building the booking process on the website to make it easy for customers to book a bin in minutes with no fuss. Highly recommended.

Don’t think they even turned up. Spoke to customer service we’re they couldn’t tell me what time they arrived.Driver had to back into driveway and unload not difficult to do. Bingo operations manager said it was too hard.Rang another skip company. Delivery in 1 hour and places bin on driveway.

We are a business and signed a contract with them 2yrs ago. They had reasonable prices to start off with then they later increased it. so I decided to move on to another company. Bingo head office claims that I have to pay $400 cancellation fee.I would recommend business not to use Bingo as they tie you up in contract then increase the prices and if you decide to leave they charge you a fee which is not disclosed in there contract.

You get no eta when a bin is arriving, they came this morning and dropped it off. Anyone with half a brain would never block an entry to a job site. And to add salt to injury, they are so greedy and un-accountable, that they did not want to take responsibility for this stupidity and wanted $280 to come and relocate it. Look at the pictures and be the judge. Who does that!!?

Took 4 weeks (rounding down) to get back to me after ASKING for the images of a stone coming off their b double and cracking the windscreen of my trax. No road liability" and duty of care is on us.No worries bud. We'll dodge those pebbles for now on. Sad way to tell people the company doesn't have enough money to replace the windscreen lol. You could have slapped a bit of clag glue on it

Experience was great. Super smooth and the drivers delivering and taking the bin were very helpful. A very minor comment I would make is that it would be good to be told roughly what time the bin will be schedules to arrive so you don't have to wait the whole day for it. Like an email or text saying it will arrive between 9 to 12 or something. At least plans can be made and you're not waiting all day. But overall will defintiely be using the service again.

During covid and the storms, they would not pick up our rubbish citing there was a back log from the waste dump but I saw every other company take their waste away. Built up so much that the rats came and infested our back alley. Then when I wanted to stop the service, they said they were not going to charge me an exit fee but instead charged me for 2 pickups without telling me. Very annoying company to deal with and i would recommend Sydney Waste service as I have had no issues at all.

Our driveway was too narrow for the first truck to unload our medium bin. I didn’t hear phone call but they then sent a smaller truck phoned again which I answered and unload exactly where I wanted amazing service. Loved we could open the front of the bin so we could easily load heavy items. I’ll be using again. Thank you
