Amazing customer service. All I do is call them and tell them what i'm looking for and what car the item is to fitted to and they do the rest source the part, if they don't have the item in stock they order it in. And the best part is the price were a xenon bulb through audi costs $500 it's only $170 through burson's!!!

Fantastic service from James at Burson Auto Parts Nambour. I had an issue with the fan in my Nissan and his advice to replace the speed controller first worked and saved us the hassle and cost of replacing the fan.

The man with the long hair and the long beard (I have forgotten his name I am so sorry but I was there this morning and he is the only one that fits my description) was such a huge help sourcing me a coolant hose that they didn't have in stock. His customer service was lovely.
