The people were very helpful, prompt and had what I was after, when I placed orders with them the first few times.But when I ordered again via their website and paid for more, I phoned up to see whether the order was ready for pick up a few days later, I was told that the order was 4 weeks away and that they had no stock. When I told the person that their website said otherwise and that I was able to order them and that the turnaround was 48 hours, as stated on their site, he told me that if I wasn’t happy that I could get them elsewhere and he could give me a refund. I said I wasn’t happy with that and that they should update their supply on their website.2 weeks later and they still are accepting payment for stock that they don’t have.Before paying while using the website , phone first to check if they actually have what you want.Quite rude to deal with.

Beautiful products but a little loose on pricing as nothing is marked. After asking the rep twice to confirm the price of a double set of stone bowls, he ended up charging us $50 more when we went to pay. When we double checked the receipt and queried, he just said 'sorry, I thought it was $350, but turns out its actually $399.99' and then laughed! Very unprofessional and such a shame as they do have beautiful products.
