From the moment we walked into the Geelong office we received 10 out of 10 customer service. We received a quote, paid the deposit and had our ducted heating installed in under 2 weeks from our initial enquiry. All the guys who came out to install were professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Zac could answer any question we had. We would highly recommend this company. They were awesome! We now have a very warm & cosy house to help us survive this cold Victorian winter. Thanks to Graham, Wayne, Nicole, Kirsty, Zac, Tom and anyone else I’ve missed!

Graham is so knowledgeable ,quoted on spot , received confirmation in writing whilst he was still here. Price was exceptional. NEXT day vans arrived ,ducted heating installed and up an running late afternoon. There was no cleaning up to carry out afterwards. Dylan and Rick were better than Excellent. Graham and Nicole were great to deal with. The ducted split system that was installed works great. We’re very happy. The installer Zac and his boys were friendly, did a neat job ( no mess) and done in a day.We have no hesitation in recommending G J Braddings to anyone.

Had a new aircon installed throughout the whole house. The team that came on the day were sensational, hard-working and professional. It was a big job on a very hot day and they did not stop. So far the system has been great and the price was very fair. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - thank you.

Rang them at 3pm, were here to quote the first thing the next morning, and then installed the full house ducted heating 2 days later!!! From quote to completion within a week. Amazing customer service over the phone and in person.

From my first request for a quote through to final installation, GJ Bradding were quick and efficient in their communications, on time with their appointments, or let me know if they were going to be delayed. The installers were polite, friendly and did a great job of the installation.

We were introduced to GJ Bradding when building a new house in 2019. They came on time and prepared a detailed plan to provide and install a whole of house ducted reverse cycle system for our review. In the 3 years since we moved in, the system has performed brilliantly and on the one occasion where “technology” threw up a problem, they responded quickly to effect the fix. Since then we have referred them to close friends who too speak highly of their work. Recently, they quoted and installed a new spit system in our apartment. This job was on a multi story building and required installation of the pump unit on the roof with piping and electrical to the apartment. Again they delivered a superior outcome which met our expectations and left leaving us with no mess and no boxes or rubbish. Would highly recommend.
