I rang up to find out when I needed to get acupuncture for my IUI fertility. I needed to find out as soon as possible as I was about to start my next cycle.The fertility acupuncture lady Kate was off sick that day and the receptionist said that she would leave a message for her to contact me with information about it and so I could book in.I didn't hear back so I rang up again and spoke to the receptionist and asked did Kate did get my message and that I am still waiting for her to contact me. She said that Kate was there at work and she got my message and they can't do anything else. It has nearly been a couple of weeks and I still not have heard anything back from Coomera acupuncture. I had to go elsewhere as I had to get acupuncture prior to my iui and I was very upset with their lack of communication and not seeming like they care about wanting my business.Very bad communication,very disappointed, you have lost a customer. The other staff at other acupuncture places got back to me straight away and they were so lovely and helpful and very informative.

I can't believe there's no information about who the practitioners are on the website! Who wants to book in with an unknown practitioner you can't even read anything about or know their name? In the reviews there's no practitioner names included, except one that's 3 years old that mentions an acupuncturist called Rebecca.

Had a great pregnancy massage here. Would definitely go again!

Very happy staff....have always helped me with my problems...best massages on coast....look forward to seeing them in 2019.
