Excellent dentist, very gentle and thorough, with top notch injection technique.Despite my usually being quite anxious about going to the dentist he very quickly put me at ease with his friendly competent demeanor.His assistant was excellent as well, they worked very well as a team, and I felt like I was in safe hands the whole time.Their receptionist was lovely, very helpful and friendly, and was even able to get me in sooner for further work I needed done, when they had cancellations.I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a quality local dentist.

Was here with a 5 month kid, waiting for my appointment that was supposed to be at 2 45, waited for 35 minutes and then had to leave. Plus no medibank digital card accepted, working the same old way with no intentions to upgrade. A worst experience.

Today I went to dentist and he cannot identify which teeth I have missing and don't know about molar and wisdom teeth difference last year he took out my molar teeth because I have cavity after that I am experience pain continuosly. Very Horrible and hopeless experience. Pls get proper knowledge before doing work .Thank for giving me suffering.

The work is fantastic at this place and reasonably priced. In fact, so good that the whole family has had braces done here with solid results.However, the receptionist/assistant really lets this place down. Quite rude and treats patients with utter disrespect. Find it daunting to even make a booking with the awful attitude aimed over the phone.When she is an assistant, my retainers are taken out with assistance - which is appreciated - but, with bare hands, wipes the excess saliva on my clothes. I understand it is my own spit, but for hygiene purposes, that’s just wrong.Either replace or retrain .Thank you.

A very good dental clinic. I have been seeing Dr Pham, who is kind and highly skilled. Receptionist Vi is also kind and helpful. All the other doctors and dental assistants are also friendly.

First time patient n felt welcoming . Very nice friendly staff , n extremely nicer doctor as well . The price was reasonable , which was a bonus!!Highly recommended !!

Five cancellations/rescheduled in as many months with less than 24hrs notice. Quite disappointing given they do decent work, but don’t appear to value my time and courtesy to keep bookings.
