Black Label Built-in Wardrobes

Where can I start? What a wonderful experience all round.Charlie responded promptly to my email request (which lacked detail because I couldn't make up my mind) and he attended a few days later.He talked me through the process, provided sound advice as to what I should put in the space and what to include inside the wardrobe itself. He was super patient with my indecisiveness! He left me with the (free) quote and said he'd be in touch.Charlie kept me updated on his availability and showed up on the day as promised. He worked his backside off by himself to install my wardrobe. The workmanship is perfection and I just love everything about it. What a talent!He did all of this without complaint (in the past tradies have complained about getting in and out of the unit complex and the lack of parking). Charlie is just so lovely and I would recommend his business ten times over. Thank you so much I'm so happy!!

Of 5 quote enquiries, Charlie at Black Label was the only business to respond. He took my call and came to do a measure and quote me he next business day. Two weeks later my new wardrobe was installed! Made locally here in the ACT. It is exactly as agreed. Charlie made the effort to resolve some complexities with me, giving good advice. A 12 year warranty also provides piece of mind.

Amazing & Professional Service!Spoke to Charlie about getting my wardrobe fixed and he asked me to send some photos. Called me back the next minute after reviewing the photos and tried to help me over the phone to re-mount the wardrobe, but I couldn't.Said he will be there in 20 minutes which he did and sorted it all out for me in quick time.The most incredible part was he refused to take payment for his service. He said if I could help I would anytime. Customers first before profits.What a great down to earth bloke. You don't find decent human beings like this. They are rare and so is Charlie.Highly recommended and will certainly be using him for future servicing needs.

Charbel was great. I read the Google reviews about him being responsive and prompt - and they did not fault. Charbel was able to re-do an existing built in wardrobe for us, including supply new doors. He quoted and installed within 10 days. He even helped me with my much poorer quality IKEA install. He is kind, detailed oriented and true to his word. Would use again.

Read the reviews and hoped for the best and that’s what I got. I couldn’t be happier with my wardrobes. Main, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a large linen cupboard individually configured to meet my requirements. Charlie is a real professional, always on time, works hard, super clean and tidy and produces quality work with nothing too much trouble. Mine was not an easy home with all work on a double split level second story. Would be delighted to recommend Charlie to all my family and friends and use again.
