We have been customers of this business for YEARS. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Not once in all that time have we been mislead about pricing, or experienced anything other than care for our animals over and above the baseline expected. They DO operate on a cash-only basis, most of the time, that isn't unheard of, but not solely cash-only. We have paid directly into a bank on occasion. They are incredibly flexible, for which we are very grateful, as they understand that peace of mind for the owners is vital to enabling a customer to enjoy their time away from their pets.I can only assume if someone has been given a vague quote" it's because they gave a "vague" scope of the duration care and I've no idea why anyone would expect to pay less for the service they've received

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! We walked out despite them holding our deposit. Couldn’t do that to our cat. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Very lovely lady walked up an greeted us very pleasantly. She greeted our dog an she was good gentle an waited till our dog was comfortable enough for us to go

We have been using them a few times now and we are satisfied with them. The only thing is that they only accept cash for payment.

I left my cat and 3 dogs in their care for 6 days, they were attentive to each animals need with respect to their behaviour and dietary needs. Very friendly people, great service and great value for money. I’d highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional and certainly will NOT be going back. Insists on cash payment but very vague on pricing and have issues every time. Last time was the last straw when my partner and our dog were held hostage because we'd only taken in the amount of cash quoted but they then wanted more. I was only able to resolve the issue when I went to the office to check what was taking so long and unwillingly paid the extra to settle the matter. Quite frankly the police should have been called. Absolutely terrible!

Lovely staff. Plenty of photos to see you pets playing. Clean and tidy.

The kennels were clean and comfortable for your pets. . . Not too sure about the operates I think they could be a little more friendly. My opinion.

Firstly called to see if we could come and view the place the lady we spoke with was extremely rude on the phone I got stuff to do so you must come at this time " but we decided to go any way
