OMG I had an amazing experience with Kristen at A1 skin. I received a universal peel and an Led. Kristen listened to my skin concerns and catered the treatment to suit my needs. Since having this treatment last week, my skin feels so soft and looks really bright. Thankyou again Kristen.

I’ve been getting treatments at A1 for 2 years now. I went in with congested, dehydrated skin and through treatments + minor changes to my at home routine, I now have clear and bright skin! I have had treatments at both the South Melbourne and Prahran clinic- no matter which you go to the girls are all lovely, professional and knowledgeable and the clinic itself is immaculate! Highly recommend if you have a specific concern or want to elevate your skin

My facial was so relaxing and Tamlyn was so informative and explained everything thoroughly throughout the treatment which I really appreciated. I have been visiting the girls at Immersion Clinics for over a year now and the results have been amazing! When I first visited I suffered from acne and acne scarring and through regular visits and peels, needling and LED my skin has never been clearer and most of my scarring has completely healed! Terrible experience!! Terrible client service from the new management!! I complained about how my laser treatment was not done correctly and I still after weeks, have not had the call back I was promised by the new manager! I had laser done for a small Capillary removal. The girl attempted to do the treatment multiple times on two occasions and still missed the vein. She didn’t charge me and made out like it was a favour which I thought was odd at first until I saw she’d missed the area completely and left me with two permanent small scar spots on my skin. I’ve had this treatment before at another clinic with no issues what so ever. They no longer do laser or I would have continued to go there. DO NOT GO HERE! I was confronted with complete denial too when I complained. When clearly they knew what they had done.

I had a carbon facial done with Tara at Immersion Clinics. The experience was super relaxing and she made me feel so comfortable!

I’ve been going to Immersion for several months now and the level of care and education I’ve received has been insane. The results speak for themselves and my skin is the best it’s ever been. I couldn’t be more grateful for the treatment plan my therapists have put me on, they genuinely listen to my concerns and have completely changed my perception of how to treat my skin. I barely wear makeup now and it’s all thanks to the team!
