Great service

I need people to know what an unprofessional, judgemental and discriminatory business this can be depending how you look. As a volunteer carer for people with cancer, disabilities and disorders I sometimes go to the chemist for them to help out. I was judged before I got to the counter and the fact that the script was for a terminal cancer patient did not mater. I was told that they could not do the script as it was filled out wrong but they were unable to tell me how. It was obvious what they were doing, with no eye contact, stuttering sentences and laughable excuses. Sham on you for denying a man who has weeks to live some comfort. I did get the script filled later that day but being a Sunday there are few choices.

Bad customer service and no consideration for privacy. Will not be back to this pharmacy.

There was a big hassle on regards to getting a specific script I needed filled. The pharmacy, specifically Kate, went above and beyond for me to ensure I got my prescription filled. From phone calls to Specialists, the Hospital and organising delivery for me all within a space of a few hours. Thank you so much!

I want to say a huge thank you to the friendly pharmacy staff. I dropped off a script for a medication I need they ordered it in and had it in 24hours really great service

Went here after smashing my face falling off a bike . I couldn't get any health care at all anywhere in Mackay on a Sunday morning which I find shocking. I found these ladies to be more than helpful and very friendly offering me the assistance and products I was after. I couldn't offer any higher praise to this place and its people, I'm so glad they were open on a Sunday afternoon.

Just paid 25% more than Terry White Pharmacy for the same prescription drug and a can of Sustagen. As dear as poison.
