Great friendly guy - good price - arrived at the allocated time - installed both my Aircons in my house. Clean and tidy - took all rubbish and vacuumed up after installation. I would be more than happy to have him back if required.

When we built our house, we were looking for an aircon company who were willing to complete the job in stages as we built. The big brand companies only wanted to do it on their terms. James and his team at Dlux Air worked WITH us throughout and listened to what we actually wanted. We were so glad that our electrician recommended them. James is always polite, punctual and tidy. A pleasure to deal with. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

Dlux Air installed 2 Daikin air conditioners in my unit yesterday. It was the wettest January day on record, and while I anticipated a message cancelling the installation, I was greeted by Glenn at 7.30am.There are a few reasons why I have given them a 5 star review;1. They worked with my availability and turned up on time (literally to the second!).2. I was able to leave Glenn in my home while I went to work, and he followed my lock up instructions.3. They did exactly what they quoted. eg The piping is colour matched to the outside wall, the machines are installed where we discussed, the electrical work is as stated etc.4. My house was left perfectly. After all the rain (96mm!) I expected at least a few muddy footprints, but there was nothing. The guys cleaned up after themselves, used drop sheets and I suspect even vacuumed. There wasn't one box or piece of styrofoam left lying around.5. The price was competitive. My neighbour (I live in a Strata complex so it is comparable) had the same work done mid last year and their cost was 20% more than what I was quoted.6. Finally, they were nice people and easy to deal with.I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend these guys. Sean really went above and beyond. He didn't just resolve the basic issue I was having with my aircon, he then spent extra time fixing a bad installation to get it working 100% more efficiently.

A big thank you to Glenn for very friendly service and quick response in fixing my air conditioner.Very well priced and fixed my unit that had been poorly installed a few years earlier clearly by some cowboy.Definitely recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again if I have any issuesCheers Philippa

Glenn and the team at Dlux Air installed a fully ducted Air conditioner in our house while it was being built. They were the most professional, efficient and tidiest tradesmen we had onsite the entire time. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Got two reverse cycle units serviced and was super happy with the quality of the work. Technician was clearly very knowledgeable. Surprisingly good value too for the amount of work involved.

Decided to go with Dlux Air based on the google reviews and very much regret doing so. Our living room AC unit that was supposedly serviced died that very day and after a second visit with a replacement of a part, we were then told that the entire split system unit needed to be replaced. I then received a quote for the new unit almost immediately after the service guy left and have been followed up multiple times to ask if we would like to go ahead with them.Really disappointed in how this has played out, would definitely not recommend Dlux Air. Please do yourself a favor and avoid them.
