Update: I got my refund. They were closed as the staff had COVID. Best to contact them prior to ordering.I'm not sure how this company operates, they take your order but never deliver the goods. No response (email & phone call) from them at all. I have to cancel it, hopefully I get my money back

Used to have good service. But really disappointed this time.We placed order on 07/06 and paid immediately that day via bank transfer. Not sure why they were keeping asking us to pay and not shipped goods out yet. Try calling them but not responding to our phone call and messages at all.We sent email to Newpack that if they didn't reply to our email and shipped goods out by 17/06, we would cancelled the order and requested for full refund. Still no response and we sent them email to chase the refund on 21/06, surprisingly, we received an email that they were processing our order.And we emailed them cancel the order while we were told that goods were shipped out.What weird experience it is!!!!!!

Been over 2 weeks and have not received my order! No shipping confirmation email or nothing!.NO ONE has answered my emails nor have they answered my voice message either. I want my money back but cant get in contact with anyone at all. Stay right away! Very unprofessional and a headache. You have been warned.

Do not buy!I wanted some boxes but thought I try reaching out to them. Their number has been engaged for a week now, their online chat never responds and their online contact form state you have to complete a google reCAPTCHA - WHICH ISN'T THERE! So you can't submit an enquiry!They have blocked all communications to them! How are they still in business!?DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have been using New Pack for about a year. Everything was great up until I ordered on 1st June. I ordered 2 products. One of the products was sent to me quickly. The 2nd product I ordered, I didn’t received. I have emailed. Called. Even messaged on their eBay account. But I have received no response. It’s now mid August and I’m yet to see the product or get a response.

I started to worry once reading some negative reviews after I had placed my order with express delivery and didn't hear anything for a couple of days, but my order did arrive a few days later and in good condition. I have placed another order and received instant confirmation with an Aus Post tracking number. I'll continue to use New Pack as the prices are low and quality is high.

Did you guys have new ownership? Service has absolutely gone down hill in the recent months. Use to rave about Newpack and let other businesses know.Recently orders and deliveries are delayed, orders partially fulfilled.Reach out to them via Email, Number calling in the morning and afternoon & Live chat and like others said it's like trying to talk to a brickwall.If you've got an ecommerce business avoid at all costs as you may end up not being able to ship our your goods like me.

Review edited: I just received my order after finally getting in contact with NewPack. This is not a scam although they do not live up to the claims made on their website, implying that they do fast dispatch. From being in contact with the staff it is my understanding that they are trying to do their best but are in a transition of struggle post Covid. The staff were incredibly apologetic with my delayed goods and sent it express a few days later. I hope NewPack is able to bounce back after the pandemic as they stock quite good supplies.

Edit again:Finally received my boxes after more than three weeks.HOWEVER, the refund I was promised has not been sent through. I received an email saying I would get a refund a week ago, but nothing in the bank. Again, calls are not answered and I don't even know if I will be able to receive the money I am owed. I paid for 1000 boxes and received 400. Very disappointed and do NOT recommend.Edit:I finally received a response from Newpack. According to them, they did not have enough stock of an item I ordered despite it being available to purchase on the website. They said that they would send me the amount they did have, and would refund me the extra.I'm okay with this outcome, but wish that the issue would have been rectified sooner, or that Newpack would have communicated with me about the lack of stock earlier, instead of placing the order on hold with no communication.Original Review:I've purchased from this company in the past, and the first time I ordered, the items were prompt to ship out and of good quality. However, the second time I ordered, it took approximately two weeks to be dispatched and came with dents and impressions due to the packaging method.This time, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and order again, but my order (placed on Dec 6th) was delayed and placed on hold without any communication whatsoever. I have been left without boxes and an overwhelming amount of pending orders that have had to be delayed (I had ordered preemptively to ensure that I would not be left without boxes). I have attempted to call several times during business hours, and nobody ever picks up the phone. I have also emailed the business in the past to enquire about my order status, but I never received a reply.I do not recommend using this supplier as I have been severely disappointed with the lack of communication. I will be looking for a new supplier with better communication going forward.

i was really enjoying all my previous experiences with this company until i ordered on 27th of september an my order arrived in a few different parcels/boxes so i thought nothing of it at first i thought id just wait a little longer and the rest of my order should arrive soon, a few weeks went by and nothing then i tried to get in contact with them no email back for ages where i even forgot all about it then months had gone by and still the items hadn’t arrived and they were not responding to my emails so i tried contacting through multiple different avenues, calling, emailing, messaging on their site and still to this day i haven't been able to get in contact with them its very annoying and frustrating it shouldn't be this hard to get a response from someone, today i placed another order for the items that were missing and i wrote them a message in the order notes box i am hoping they either see this or that message and finally rectify this issue or i will no longer support this business, i have even recommended them to many other people before this incident occurred, but if this is not solved i will tell them to be cautious of this business in the future if they choose to still purchase from them
