VALLEY FARM Vineyard Apartments

There are so many things to say about this beautiful place. Firstly, the customer service was tremendous, Greg, Louise and their dog Patch were just the kindest of people, great introduction and Patch was just absolutely adorable! We stayed in Apartment 2 and the view and the rooms itself were great, felt very homely and the view of the vineyard and the country land was just astounding to look at. The apartment had everything we could ask for, they had a kitchen that we used and more travel necessities that we greatly appreciated. We spent a lot of time out on the porch, drinking wine and that was just an absolutely beautiful memory. The owners deserve nothing but praise for this place that they have set up. Would definitely be coming back as the location itself is great as well, felt very close to everywhere we wanted to go to.

Beautiful setting, attention to detail in apartments - there's nothing that isn't provided! The alpacas are super cute, the owners are SO lovely and the wine is great too! A beautiful place to rejuvenate.

Spent our weekend here for my birthday. Such a hidden beauty. Thankyou Greg for allowing us to to share your gem with us.Waking up to Alpacas at my window was an extra bonus. Beautiful country property,close to the beautiful town of Healesville.

Fantastic place to stay. we had a really great night there. Greg was a really great host and gave us lots of useful advice. The cottage was really nice and the view from the patio was lovely. log burner in the room was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We had a lovely stay here. We loved the alpacas at our window. The studio was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms are surrounded by beautiful gardens, bushland and vineyards which were were welcome to roam. The host was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

We loved the view from the cottage. Alpaccas relaxing outside our window! We booked Standard Studio (Cottage 1) which I believe has the best view. I loved that you could walk around the property and get up close to the alpaccas. Our cottage was a little drafty (early September - cold snap). You need to crank the split system heating up if the weather is cold. Clean, comfortable and spacious with an equipped kitchen. Lovely big shower. Greg, the owner was chatty and helpful. There was a complimentary bottle of wine (I purchased another). Please note there is no Wifi and you need to pay for your booking onsite. I would return! Enjoyed our stay.

A lovely place to stay. Beautiful scenery, and the cottages are really quaint, with a fireplace, which added to the atmosphere. Greg and Louise were gracious hosts, and gave us lots of useful information about the area and where to get a great meal. Also, Greg let us back into our cottage late one night after locking ourselves out, which was very kind of him. I can highly recommend this accommodation, and would certainly return if we are in the area again.

Lovely owner, unfortunately VERY overpriced accommodation. $235. per nite...$175. would be tops. Looks are deceptive online & so are ratings.Alpacas are not at your window...over in a paddock. Bed is very hard & homemade. Positive suggestion: put microwave up on a shelf to make some bench space in kitchen as there is none. 2 x tiny & high Mirrors in bathroom, not above sink. No other mirrors anywhere. A Repair of broken main bedroom door lock needed.Couches sunken & need replacing. Air cond. & pot belly good. Sorry, but no way is this worth the asking price per nite. Such a gorgeous property but cottage no. 2 needs updating so much.

We spent two nights in Cottage 3 and this was possibly the nicest stay we had in Australia, almost like a home away from home. My usually fussy mum could not stop gushing about the place long after we checked out. The cottage was lovely and had an amazing fireplace. Greg was very hospitable and gave us tips around the area. We had fun interacting with the alpacas and even spotted kangaroos hopping past in the early morning. Highly recommended for those who want a quiet and comfortable stay with the convenience of having Healesville town just minutes away and Yarra Valley nearby, a mere 15min drive away.
